Show STUDENTS' STUDENTS BUYING BOOK-BUYING ASSOCIATION The agitation for a Students' Students Buying Book-Buying Association has started ted again this year The matter was up before the Executive Committee of the Associated Students last year and a committee was appointed to consult with the faculty and nothing was done If such an association were formed the students could save at least 20 per cent upon their school supplies Nearly all of the big colleges have such an association and it has proved successful while the students have shown that they are capable managers The Outlook for June contains an editorial upon the subject ct an and cites examples where the students have organized The Chronicle strongly advocates the necessity of such an association and as faras faras far faras as the University of Utah is concerned it thinks that the students could handle such a proposition Take it up stud students and perfect plans for saving money next year r l ii h i fi |
