Show Enoch and Midvalley by Cora Muri Mr. and Mrs. Cressel Slierratt have a new baby boy, born at the Iron County Hospital on Oct. 3. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne James of Bountiful have a new baby girl, their third. The child was born at the St. Marks Hospital In Salt Lake City on Sept. 31, Mrs. James is Earl Murle's sister Nancy. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Nelson and children went to Devil's slide Saturday. Bud and the two boys returned Sunday, while Mrs. Nelson Nel-son and the smaller children remained re-mained for a longer visit. Mr. and Mrs. Gaylen Matheson and two children of Layton visited vis-ited with Gaylen's parents, Mr. anr! Mrs. Evan Matheson, this week. Mrs. Maurlne Grimshaw and Mrs. Berdean Murle entertaned Rtndy Murle and Louise Grimshaw Grim-shaw at a birthday party on their eighth birthday. The party was held at the Grlmshaww home. Pump Well Project Awarded City Firm A Cedar City concern, E. M. Colvln and Son, was awarded the contract this past week for the installation of pumping equip-ment equip-ment at a well to be used by Kanab for culinary purposes. The well is located in the canyon can-yon above Three Lakes on Highway High-way 8!) near Kanab. Contract was awarded by th" City of Kanab and water derived from the well will be used in the city's expanding culinary system.
