Probate No,- ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE In the Matter of the Adoption of CYNTHIA ANNE MONTGOMERY MONTGOM-ERY EMERSON and TAMARA JO BAUM, Minors. The petition of Marvin Edward Wlebe and Martha M. Wlebe, his wife, asking the above entitled onnrt tr doHurp thi ahnvo named nam-ed children abandoned by their natural fathers, to-wit, r. Clayton Clay-ton Alton Emerson and Kay A. Baum, and to allow them to be adopted by Marvin Edward Wicbe, who is now the husband of the natural mother of said children, to-wit, Martha N. Wicbe, having been considered by the above entitled court, and the above entitled court deeming it proper that said petition be set for hearing, and said petition having been set for hearing at the Iron County Courthouse in Parowan, Iron County, State of Utah, at 10 o'clock A. M., on Thursday, the 10th day of October, Octob-er, 1963. NOW AND THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that the natural natur-al father of said Cynthia Anne Montgomery Emerson, to-wit, F. Clayton Alton Emerson, and the natural father of Tamara Jo Baum, to-wit, Kay A. Baum, should be and each of them Is hereby ordered to appear before the above entitled court In the courtroom of the Iron County Courthouse In Parowan, Iron County, State of Utah, at 10 o'clock A. M.t on Thursday, the 10th day of October, 1963, then and there to show cause If any there be either of them has why the above entitled court should not declare Cynthia Anne Montgomery Mont-gomery Emerson and Tamara Jo Baum to be abandoned by their respective fathers, as their natural na-tural fathers, and upon a hear-ing hear-ing of said matter, to show cause why said court should not grant the petition for adoption wherein said Marvin Edward Wlebe seeks to adopt said children and each of them. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order to show cause be published in the Iron i County Record, a newspaper of general circulation In Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, for at least four issues prior to the date of said hearing, and that copies hereof be mailed to the last known address of said natural fathers of said children.
