Ray Bayles Elected President of U. of U. Fraternity Ray M. Bayles has been elected president of the University of Utah chapter of Sigma Delta Chi, national professional journalism society, it is announced by the U of U publicity bureau. Bayles is a former resident of Parowan and a graduate of the Parowan High School. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Marell B. Bayles who now live in Kanab. Bayles is a junior majoring in journalism at the University. He was recently selected as Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Chronicle, University student newspaper, for the 1961-65 school year.
