MAXWELL LaRae Farrow Tells Vows with Clark V.Maxwell In a wedding ceremony which took place Friday the 18th In the St. George LDS Temple, Clark Vernon Maxwell of Enoch claimed claim-ed Miss LaRae Farrow of Summit Sum-mit as his bride. President Harold Har-old S. Snow officiated In the rites In the presence of the Immediate members of the family. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Farrow of Summit, and Mr. Maxwell is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis C Maxwell of Enoch. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds were honored at a wedding breakfast at the Dick's Cafe in St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Louis C Maxwell acted as host and hostess. Friday evening in the Summit Recreation hall .the couple was honored at a reception. For this event, the bride wore a ballerina length gown of net, and chantilly lace appliquied illusion fell from a rhinestone crown. The bridal bouquet was of deep red baby rof es. Attending the bride were her sister. Mrs. Evelyn Adams,, as matron of honor, her sister-in-law Mrs. Omah Lee S. Maxwell, Francis Farrow and Connie Davenport Dav-enport were bridesmaids. Gift carriers consisted of Shirley Far-(row, Far-(row, Karlene Maxwell, and Mar-lene Mar-lene Maxwell. Max L. Maxwell stood as best man and ushers were Alan Garfield, Gar-field, Gail Maxwell and Gerald Maxwell. Mrs. Alma C. Lawrence, (Mrs. Lyle Farrow, Donna Gale Fife, and Bonnie Dalley had charge of the gift room. The reception featured a short program, with Sheldon Olds, uncle of the groom, as master of ceremonies, followed by refreshments refresh-ments and viewing of the gifts. Following a short honeymoon the couple will make a home in Enoch. Mr. Maxwell is a graduate of Cedar High School and the College Col-lege of Southern Utah. He has fulfilled a mission in the Western States. The bride is a graduate of Cedar High School where she was active in school functions. She has also been very active In the Summit Ward and has been a great asset to the community. Prior to the wedding the couple cou-ple was honored at a Pantry-Kitchen Pantry-Kitchen Party, given In their honor hon-or at the Enoch Ward. Mrs. Bud Nelson and Mrs. Max L. Maxwell acting as hostesses. The bride was also honored at a personal shower given in her honor, held at her aunt's home in Summit where her aunt, Mrs. Jean Farrow, Far-row, acted as hostess. |
