Show Iron County Tops Savings Bond Goal Residents of Iron County have-topped have-topped their assigned goals for 1964 with purchases of $2,641 in Series E and H Savings Bonds, it is announced by Francis Beten-sen, Beten-sen, county bonds chairman. The October purchases brought the ten-month total for Iron County to $89,504 or 105.3 per cent of the county assigned goal. On a state-wide basis sales of Series E and H Bonds during October Oc-tober amounted to $1,697,496, and for the ten months of 1964 were $17,911,744, or 86.5 per cent of Utah's quota. Betensen stated. The chairman expressed thanks and appreciation to residents of the county for their support. The chairman also suggested that United States Savings Bonds make excellent Christmas presents. pre-sents.
