Show 'Homecoming Events Dominate Weekend Activities in Cedar College Homecoming Activities Outlined For Friday and Saturday By CAROL HOOD Advertising Chairman The big College of Southern Utah Homecoming, with all of its many events, is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27. "Thru the Years" has been selected as the theme. This year the college welcomes back all of the alumni, but especially es-pecially the classes of 1940, 1915, and 1950. To begin the big Homecoming week-end, an assembly will be held on Friday, Oct. 2b at 11:00 in the CSU auditorium. Everyone is Invited to attend. Saturday the activities will commence with a huge parade beginning at 10:30 A. M. Following Fol-lowing the parade, a luncheon jwill be held for all the alumni. It will be held at 12:00. at the Far East Cafe. The thrilling Homecoming Game will be held at 2:00 between be-tween CSU and Boise Junior College. Col-lege. This game promises to be one of the most exciting games ,of the season. Everyone is urg-ed urg-ed to attend and support the I CSU to his fullest. To bring the eventful 1956 Homecoming activities to a climax, cli-max, one of the biggest dances of the year will be held In the CSU Ballroom. The dance will begin at 9:00 to the music of a very ponular orchestra. The . queen will be crowned during a special prepared show. Everyone Is invited to participate partici-pate in the events of the bigger-than-ever 1956 CSU Homecoming. |
