Show Air Force Recruiter Plans Visit to Cedar TechnicaJ Sgt Carl' Fowler. Air Force recruiter fom Provo, will visit the Iron County area Thursday, Jan. , 12. Sgt Fowler will test and interview applicants appli-cants for enlistment in the United Unit-ed States Air Force. Interested persons can contact the recruit-1 er In the basement cf the poet) office from 9 a.m. until p. m. Sgt. Fowler added that because be-cause of a Jan. 16 deadline on non-prior service enlistments in the Air Force, young men who are Interested in enlisting in January must be completely qualified and examined before Jan. 13. This will in no way effect ef-fect the enlistment of veterans under the Air Force "Prior Service" Ser-vice" program. Men examined after the 13th of January will be enlisted after the first of February. ' Young men 17 'through 34 eft eligible to make Application o enlistment and should have tact birth certificates with them afi time of Interview. Those appff-canti appff-canti interested in the Aviation Cadet training program must be between 19 and 26 tt, be tingle and be high school graduates. The parents of interested young men are also invited to visit the recruiter for information about Air Force enjistments. |
