Three applications have gone to Washington for permission to open a i Federal Bank in this camp. Those I who have made these applications prefer pre-fer that their names be not mentioned mention-ed in this connection. At least one. of - . these applications have been heard from. This one has a number of fl- : nanciers who are connected with tho Continental National (Bank of Salt : . Lake City, and it is stated upon good authority that the prime mover in this new proposition has backing enough to start the bank himself if he saw fit.
