Show Boy Scouts Entertain Lady Elks With Talent Program Cedar City Boy Scouts in full dress uniform entertained the Ladys of Elks Thursday, Feb. 19, at the Elks club room. The program included presentation presen-tation of colors by Allen Roberts, Cam Dalley and Lee Sherratt, followed by the pledge of allegiance; alleg-iance; prayer by France Evans, a piano solo by Neil Petty, an accordion ac-cordion selection by Boyd Dover, vocal selection by Bernett Baldwin, Bald-win, a talk on scouting by Hir-schl Hir-schl Hall, and a trumpet solo by Fdward Miller. Mrs. Wilford Has-furthers Has-furthers was accompanist for the musical numbers. Following the program luncheon lunch-eon was served to 36 club members mem-bers by the hostesses of the month, Mrs. John McKnight, chairman, assisted by Mrs. Ralph Jones, Mrs. Harold Adams, Mrs. Antone Cox, Mrs. Lawrence Low-dor, Low-dor, Mrs. Lee Empey, and Mrs. Mel Davis. Door prizes were cwarded Mrs. Jack Strate, Mrs. Virgil Bird and Mrs. Keith Smith. |
