Show Three Broncos Rate All-Conference All-Conference Team Three members of the Branch Agricultural college football team were recognized on first and second sec-ond all-conference teams of the Intermountain Collegiate Athletic conference, selected this week. Dayle Rust, outstanding freshman fresh-man end who played brilliantly both defensively and offensively, and who contributed much ioj the success of the Bronco squad with some sensational pass catching throughout the season, was given a first team position. Dick SouthwK'k, playing his second year on the Bronco sqaud, was named to the second team in recognition of outstanding and consistent performance. Roy Jones, shifty backficld man playing play-ing his first year at the Bronco school, was the third BAC man to win a position. He was named halfback on the second all-conference team. There were only two members of the all -conference squad that gained similar positions last year. Dale Sheppard of Snow, and Al Starns of Westminster, getting their second call as all-conference all-conference performers. Boise players dominated the first team selections with four first team members coming from the Idaho school. Weber college placed two men on the first team, Westminster two, and BAC, Snow and Ricks one each. |
