Show Get Rcidy fox Annual Lions LSnstrel Show , - vrin i im The famous Lions club quartet-as-it will appear in the sixteenth annual Lines Minstrel show on Thanksgiving, the popular feature of entertainment in Cedar City on that holiday each year. The quartet, along with choruses, soloists, end men, dancers, specialty act men, are working every day in preparation prep-aration for the big annual show and as usual the minstrel promises to be "bigger and better than ever." Gordon Christensen, general chairman, announced this week that specialty numbers in the show will be done by Dr. J. S. Prestwich, Pratt M. Bethers, and Clarence Miller, perennial favorites, and by Walt Lunt, Alex Angelo, Ray Knell, Bill Hasfurther, Whitney Jensen and Gail Duncan, Most of these have also appeared in specialty numbers in past years. For the past several years several hundred people have been turned away because of lack of seats, so this year the show will be staged in the B A C fieldhouse. With plenty of seats available here the Lions have decided de-cided to admit children and students at special prices. Children under 12 years of age will be admitted for 25c, plus the usual 10c fieldhouse tax. Students, from junior high through college and from any town if they hold a student stu-dent body card, will be admitted for 50c, plus the field-house field-house tax.
