I k characteristics of manliness The intellectual intellectual intel intel- l giant must now to win the most f r creditable success be a physical giant also Harmonious education is hari har- har i- i r. r development intellectually morally physically And so we take it that the Athletic Association was not organized to train eleven men for a football contest or to drill nine men for a baseball match These sports should we believe be under the management of the General Athletic Association the football teams the baseball clubs and the lawn tennis sets should be branches of the general organization but they should in no way monopolize the best good to be obtained ined from the association |
