Show Jaycee-Ette Fashion Show Attracts Capacity Audience The very latest in ladies' and children's clothing was displayed Friday evening by 43 models during the fifth annual Jaycee-Ette Jaycee-Ette Fashion Show, held in the First ward recreation hall. A near-capacity crowd of 223 ladies watched the display of clothing as Mrs. Doris Smith set the theme of the show with her vocal selection of "Easter Parade." Par-ade." Tables for four were attractively attrac-tively decorated with small East-cr East-cr baskets which held favors for the ladies. Refreshments were served prior to the show. During the evening, awards were given to a number of ladies with Mrs. Dee Arthur receiving the VVestinghouse electric comforter. com-forter. Mrs. Corry Olson, Jaycec Ette president thanked all stores and organizations which cooperated cooper-ated with the organization in presenting the fashion show. Committee chairman was Mrs. Walter Larson, assisted by Mrs. Olson, Mrs. George Burch. Mrs. Charles Moore, Mrs. Joseph Kelly, Kel-ly, Mrs. Henry Leigh, Mrs. Leo Cahoon, Mrs. Dale Kemp, and Mrs. Emron Wright. Mrs. Wright served as fashion show common-tutor. |
