Show County Judging Team Represents Utah At Denver Stock Show , A 4-H club judging team from Iron county, representing the state of Utah, left Cedar City this week to attend the Western Livestock Show In Denver, Colo. The team consists of Gary Mid-dleton, Mid-dleton, Henry Vandenburghe and Alvin Cox, all 4-H boys from Cedar Ce-dar City. They are accompanied on the trip by their club leader, Carl T. Cox, and by Lamont E. Tueller, Iron county agent. On Saturday, January 14, these boys, in competition with 4-H teams from other western and mid-western states, will judge at the Denver show. They will judge sheep, beef cattle and swine, in both fat and breeding classes. The Iron County group was selected se-lected to represent the state of Utah at the Western Livestock show, by winning top place in Judging at the 1919 Utah State Fair. A Judlng team from the Utah State Agricultural college at Logan, Lo-gan, will also compete in the Denver show. |
