Show Funeral Services Held lor Byron Alma Roundy Funeral services for Byron Alma Al-ma Roundy were held in Kanarra Thursday, January 5, and burial was made in the Kanarra cemetery. ceme-tery. Mr. Roundy, who has lived at Cedar City for many years died January 1 while visiting with his children in California. The services were conducted in the Kanarra ward chapel by Lorenzo J. Williams. Music was by the ward choir, and also included a vocal duet, "Whispering Hope" by Delila Davis Da-vis and Laree Pollock. Speakers were Bishop James Hey wood, Parson Webster and Otto Reeves of Cedar City. Invocation was by Samuel F. Leigh of Cedar City, benediction by Horace M. Roundy of Provo and the grave was dedicated ded-icated by Albert Mathis of New Harmony. Mr. Roundy is survived by a daughter, Vivian, and five sons, Ivor, Albert Leorn, Blain and Lloyd Roundy of California. Also surviving are three sisters Mau-na Mau-na Williams of Salt Lake City, Mary Jane Shurtliff, Cedar City, Francis Johnson of Overton, Nevada Ne-vada and a half brother, Horace M. Roundy, Provo. |
