Show New Charge Filed Against Texas Duo A second charge was filed against two Amarllio, Texas men Thursday afternoon when County Durham Morris filed the new charge and the men. were arraigned before Justice of the Peace Alex H. Rollo. The twomen, Ben Frank Oliver and Herbert Nelson Lowrence, had previously ben, Charged with armed robbery In connection an al-ledged al-ledged hold-up during the night of October 19th., and were being held for trial in the district court. The victims we're Thomas J. Hastings and, Kenneth and Lee R. Waggener or California. In the new charge the men were alleged to Save assaulted and robbed robb-ed Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Koerlng and Mr. and Mrs. Paul J. Gudmundsen of San, Diego. The suspects were positively identified by Mr. Koerlng Koer-lng as the men who robbed his party, also Identified watches and other property taken from the suspects when they were-arrested. Oliver and Lowrence were ordered held for trial on the second charge, and bonds were placed at $2000 each. The men had failed to provide pro-vide similar bonds on the first charge.
