Show Wins Appointment ' I 51 Appointment of Wendell H. Paulsen Paul-sen of Cedar City, as assistant locality lo-cality expediter in the Veterans' E-mergeocy E-mergeocy Housing program in Utah was announced Tuesday by Leland W. Hays, National Housing Agency Housing Expediter for Utah. Mr. Paulsen, who has a number of homes under construction In Cellar Ce-llar City for salo to Veterans, will be working throughout the state In connection with the veterans" housing hous-ing program, according to Mr. Mays. He will maintain close working relationship re-lationship with mayors' housing committees, civic groups, home builders, material dealers and other federal agencies toward the building of more homes for veterans.
