Show Opportunities Afforded In War Production Training Since early in September War 'reduction Training Classes hav-been hav-been operating at the B. A. C. In five of the major industries. Training Train-ing Ls being given in Aircraft Mechanics, Me-chanics, Aircraft Engine Maintenance, Mainte-nance, Machine Shop. Radio and Arc Welding, and classes are open, free, to both men and women over 16 years of age. It ls estimated that 4.500.000 new Industrial workers will be needed for the war effort during 1943, or which 3.000,000 will be women, so this Is your opportunity to prepare yourself to enter one of the Important Impor-tant industrial fields. The B. A. C. ls prepared now to offer evening classes In addition to those now operating, but It Ls necessary ne-cessary that a minimum of ten .students .stu-dents be enrolled In each class before be-fore It can start and that each class operates 15 hours per week (five nights at 3 hours each.)
