Show 9 Cameron Lyman Get Player Awards Two more B. A. C. football play ers are sporting new hats this week, having received them as awards for outstanding performances In the Aggie-Carbon game Tuesday. The awards were sponsored by the Junior Jun-ior Chamber of Commerce, with Wood's Toggery furnishing the tats this week. The honored players this week are Mel Lyman, center, and Ellott Cameron, fullback. These two boys have played brilliantly throughout the season and Tuesday came through with even better performances, perform-ances, Cameron was one of the most consistent ground gainers on the Aggie team while he was in the game, rlplng through the Carbon line for sizeable gains nearly every time he took the ball, and plunging through center for one of the B. A. C. touchdowns. He also completed complet-ed one of the few Aggie passes attempted. at-tempted. His sensational blocking over-shadowed even his ball carrying, carry-ing, and was the principal reason for his selection as a hat recipient. He also backed up the line well on defense. Lyman did everything well that a center is supposed to do, his passing was flawless, and on the offense he tore holes in the Car ton line, repeatedly blocking out defensive players to clear the way for his backfleld men. He played defensive de-fensive quarterback, quickly organizing organ-izing the Aggie defense to thwart every type of play the Eagles at' empted.
