Show "Sweet" Meeting of the O. N. O.'s Tho O. N. O. Club spent n vory pleasant evening nt Mrs. A. N. Leonard's Leon-ard's home last Wednesday. Candy making was tho chief featuro of the program, and many und delicious woro tho concoctions turned out by tho busy chattering girls. Indeed so busy woro they, that when thoy wero called into formal session to pass upon somo questions which came up for settlement, many carried pans and plnttcrs of sweetness, upon which thoy kept up a vigorous stirring, nt tho samo timo voting and passing upon tho questions when called. Another An-other striking example of tho versatility versat-ility of tho femalo mind. Plans wero discussed for a party in the near future, but no definite conclusions con-clusions wero arrived at, tho matter being left in the hands of tho executive execu-tive to complete. Aftor tho eating and dividing of tho candy, tho club adjourned to meet March 25 at tho rcsidenco of Mrs. Harry Lunt. |
