Show Curloua Burials. The lnhabltanta of Mesopotamia bave curious customs In the disposal of their dead. The corpse Is carried to the grave dressed in ordinary clothes, with the face uncovered. Bodies Bod-ies are burled In ahallow gravca, and after a period dug up ngnln, the bones being collected Into a white linen bag I and deposited In small buildings. "One day," says an officer of the R. A. M. O., "I saw auch a bag In a church; It waa labelled with a wom- Ian's name. In a village near tho Struma I have visited one of these storehouses of the bones of the departed. de-parted.
