That action in land cases is some times delayed for reasons easily over-i over-i come by one familiar with Departmental organization and pro cedure? That it pays to start right and keep right in land matters? That it is chcapor to pay for right advice than to go wrong? That tho frauds of tho past have resulted in stricter enforcement of the lnws and regulations? That what has been allowed in the past Is not a safe guide as to what is allowed now? That every congress changes the land laws, that the rulings of the Land Department frequently chango and that the decision of a f court may, and sometimes does, overturn a whole lino of Departmental Depart-mental precidents? That there are half a dozen Bureaus of the Government that have Borne jurisdiction in certain land matters? That thcro is a way to exchange lands in the National Forests for other lands within or outside of the Forests? IF YOU DO KNOW these things, you know that an attorney who handles land matters must be a specialist. I This Letter Tells Its Own Story H .' Private Office I Utr( Mt ah 1 J.
