Show TABGRNACLE CHOIR SBRENADESTHE CITY Christmas eve, beginning- immediately im-mediately after the dance at the Ward Hall, members of the tabornaclo choir, to tho number of more than twenty, engaged a " carry-all" and began a serenade sere-nade of the city that continued until tho cocks began to announce an-nounce the hour of 4 o'clock. ' They wero provided with an organ and tho music as it floated over tho crisp, cold night air was us delightful as it was unexpected. un-expected. The "tarly-to-bed, eariy-to-rise" citizen had his sleop delightfully disturbed hi' the sound of tho music, and as tho voices died away in the distance, dis-tance, turned over, gave a sigh ot satisfaction and relapsed into a more peaceful sleep. After completing a tour of the jcity, the members gathered at the home of Miss Ellen Nelson, whoso hospitality is manifested so delightfully on many occasions, occa-sions, and partook of warm refreshments, re-freshments, after which they wended their way home, tired but satisfied. |
