As the spots Increase In size the diseased tissue cracks open, growth coases and the fruit becomes one-sided. The spots on tho leaves are similar to those on the fruit, except ex-cept that the edgos uro not white. The loaves are made to curl somewhat some-what by the dovelopmont of tho disease. dis-ease. Spraying with bordeaux when tho buds nro swelling, ngaln just before be-fore blospomlng, and a third tlmo after aft-er the (lowers have fallen, Is a successful suc-cessful combination. |
