H Tho free public Library board H have been busy tho past month H r or two working up sentimont in H favor of a public library building B and negotiating with the H Carhogio Library Commission to H secure sufficient funds to erect a H suitable building in Cedar. H Tho City Council have mani-H mani-H fested their approval by meeting H1. in special session and passing a H resolution to levy a 2i mill tax H for this purpose, which will give H sufficient funds for' tho main- " tcnanco of a $15,000 building.
