Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 34 degrees de-grees 50 minutes west 800 feet distant pf the west quarter corner of Section 36, Township 33 south, Range 10 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will be conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of approximately 4,500 feet and there discharged into Hieroglyphic Hiero-glyphic Canyon, and conveyed by means of said canyon for a distance of approximately 2,500 feet, where it will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year.
