Thoy mado a thorough M soaroh of tbo country through which H thoy passed, but did not succopd in 'H discovering n fresh trail while out. Thoy now say thoy aro tired of wild 'H goooa ohaEOB, and that thoy will at ' least have to bo insured tbo Bight of a now track before they go out agniu. Um Pino Valley parties aro negotiating vmm with them for tho ridding of tbo rango , H from bears and mountain lions, but mW no far no satisfactory terms bavo been fH agreed upon. A. L. Clark is an old H boar hunter, and has klllod n num- H hor of tho beasts. He knows just how H to go about it, nnd his only worry H aeoms to be that ho may not Hud a H fresh trail.
