Show Soap Bubble Fountain. A fountain that spouts soap bubbles is ono of tho novelties shown In the Palace of Liberal Arts at tho World's Fair. It is about 25 feet high, and is surmounted by a statue of a fairy. Millions of soap bubbles pour out from tho top basin, over tho sides and Into a larger nnd lower basin which, in turn, fills and ovorflows, tho bubblos bolng carried off at tho bottom. Tho offect is much moro brilliant than a water fountain, for each of tho tiny bubbles reflects nil dolors of tho rainbow.' To add to tho brilliancy, olectrlc lights aro concealed in tho lower parts of tho two basins, throwing throw-ing bonms of light of nil colors up , through tho bubbles and producing an w electric lountaln whoso effects Is magnified mag-nified by ovory ono of tho globes of water.
