Show SOCIAL AND PERSONAL. Mrs. A. H. Tarbet and her uncle, Mr. Cronin of Michigan, spent a few days in Park City last week, the guests of Dr. and Mrs. W. D. Donoher. Mrs. Emma Charlton is in New York visiting friends. Mrs. T. D. Sullivan, Mrs. J. P. Dris-ooll Dris-ooll and Mrs. P. J. Donnelly were in the city last week. Harry Morse of Eureka spent last week visiting Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Ryan. Miss McEvoy has arrived in the city to make her home with her brother Thomas McEvoy. ' Miss Margaret Liggan has returned from a visit to California. Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Murray have returned re-turned from an extended visit to New York. v ' The Misses Gibbons entertained at a delightful luncheon last Saturday in honor of Miss Myrtle Fowler. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Newell leave soon for a trip to Europe. J. D. Wood spent a few days in Park City last week. N. P. Dooley spent last Sunday in Park City. Miss Katherine Farrell left during the week for St. Louis, where she will attend at-tend school. Miss Margaret and Miss Ethel Dooly left last Saturday for the east. Mrs. Louise Smedley Smith will soon leave for Denver to visit friends. ' Miss MeCornick leaves shortly for the east. Mrs. W. W. Armstrong of Park City and her guest, Miss Bovd, were the guests of Mrs. J. M. Moore last week. A number of delightful parties were given last week in honor of Miss June Bintz. Miss Genevieve Brooks has returned home from a visit to Stockton. Dr. Alexander McChrystal has arrived ar-rived home from Philadelphia and will locate In this city. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Parsons have gone to Oregon for a short trip. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gibson have returned re-turned from a delightful visit to California, Cali-fornia, Miss June Bintz left last Monday for the east, where she will enter Monti-cello Monti-cello seminary. Miss Eloise Sherman left for the east last Monday. Mrs. P. J. Quealy of Kemmerer was the guest of Mrs. J. F. Dunn last week. James T. Woods is seriously ill at the Holy Cross hospital. Miss Florence and Miss Elsie Truman Tru-man are visiting in California. Mrs. Joel L. Priest and children have returned from an extended visit in Kearney, Neb. $r- W. P. Beem of Chariton, la., with his wife and daughter, are the guests of Dr. J. W. Culley. N. Wolf of Butte" is visiting friends in the city. William Whalen of Colorado Springs was in the city during the week to place his daughters. Miss Lily and Miss Margaret, in school. Miss Lily Whalen Wha-len will attend the state university, while Miss Margaret is at St. Mary's academy. " J The many friends of Timothy Kinney will be glad to learn that he has quite recovered from his recent illness. & Miss Mary Cronin returned last week from a pleasant vacation spent in LeadviHe with relatives. Miss Katherine Johnson entertained last week in honor of Miss Katherine Farrell. Misses Nora Farrell and Mar-! Mar-! garett Cordell assisted in receiving, and delicious punch was served by Misses Phyllis Dwyer and Lila Farrell. The main feature of the entertainment was a guessing contest, in which prizes were won by Miss Alice Fisher and Will Mfc-Gillivray. Mfc-Gillivray. Miss Mary JMcFadden, one of th very popular teachers of the Webster school, is pleasantly located at 78 East Sixth South. Mrs. W. S. MeCornick was the charming hostess at the Country club on Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. J. E. Gallagher is at home to her friends at 518 First street. Mrs. Schuyler Constant of New York is in the city visiting friends. Mrs. A. G. Campbell and family have returned from California Miss Lillian Whalen has returned from Colorado Springs and will resume re-sume her studies at the university. j The B. F.
