Show ALL HALLOWS COLLEGE. The leading public event next week will be. the seventeenth anual commencement com-mencement of All Hallows' college, which will be celebrated by a grand concert at the tabernacle for the benefit ben-efit of the new building. Dr. J. Lewis Browne, who is a composer com-poser and musician of international fame, will appear at the great organ, assisted by Miss Ramsey, Professor Anton Pedersen, Professor J. J. McClellan, Mc-Clellan, Mr. Charles Kent, Master Arthur Ar-thur Pedersen and the All Hallows' college musical organizations. There will be ten graduates. Arthur I Sullivan of the classical course will read the valedictory. Messrs. Mc-Guire, Mc-Guire, O'Neil, Thill, Keeley, Wiegen-stein, Wiegen-stein, will complete the scientific course, and Messrs. Martin, Ford, Hayes and Colthorp from the commercial com-mercial course. That the concert will be a success is an assured fact. It is hoped that all the Catholics of the city will take an interest in the event. Regardless of the musical treat for all who attend the concert, there will be the best wishes for its success for the good of All Hallows', and for the sake of Rev. Father Guinan, the kindly, kind-ly, genial president, whose friends are legion. The tickets are 50c and ?1 for reserved re-served seats. They are on sale at all the music and drug stores. V 1 1 |
