Show BUTTE NOTES. Handsome Gift For St. Patrick's School. St Patrick's Parochial school is the recipient of a very valuable picture, Illustrating the history of the stars and stripes. The gift, which was made by Mrs. D. T. Lewis, president of the Woman's Relief Corp?, is most appro-I appro-I priate and much appreciated, as St. j Patrick's school always leads in teaching teach-ing patriotism and loyalty to the old flag.- . Mrs. Murray Brown of the Butte Hair Dressing parlors spent several days the past week in Dillon, enjoying the rest and auiet of the vallev town. Mr. A. J. Blair, an employee of the Symons Dry Goods company, has been : confined to his heme for several davs on account of sickness. His many friends will be pleaaed to learn he is recovering rapidly. Mr. John Helehan, manager of the Emma Nevada Mining comnany at Soap Gulch, visited Butte to help swell the ranks of the A. O. H. Pt. Patrick's day, and remained several day6 renewing renew-ing old acctuaintances in the smoky city. .Mies, Grace Nowlin of North Washington Wash-ington street has been quite sick for several dare, threatened with, pneumonia. pneu-monia.
