Miss Elsie Tyson of Humboldt, Cal., has sailed for England Eng-land with an Australian attorney to assist as-sist in establishing- the claim of tho children child-ren and grandchildren of John Tyson, who diod in New Providence, N. J., thirty years ago, to the $13,000,000 entate of James Tyson, who died in Melbourne in 1SSS. Ever since James Tyson's death, his attorneys at-torneys of Melbourne have been searching search-ing for those lawfully entitled to share in his estate. The search has reached over two continents. On a farm at Humboldt, Cal., Mr. Wilson, Wil-son, one of the attorneys, finally found Elsie Tyson, a daughter of John Tyson. She was working as a servant. Through her was learned the existence of Geores Tyson, a blacksmith, in Morriatown, N. J. Family records were searched and the lawyers finally reachad the conclusion conclu-sion that John Tyson, who died thirty years agro, was the older brother of the man whoso millions were seeking a lawful law-ful resting place. . In England the Tyson family tree will be searched from its root to Its uttermost utter-most branches. Both of tho Tyson brothers broth-ers originally came from Etigiajad, ene settling in this country, the other making mak-ing his way to Australia.
