Her many friends will" be glad to know she is progressing progress-ing very favorably. Mr. James McTernay, an old-time resident of Salt Lake, is very ill at ' i Holy Cross hospital. ' Tenebrae commence at St. Mary's ca thedral at 7 p. m. On Holy Thursday Pontifical High Mass will be celebrated . at 8 a. m. Luring the mass the holy oils will be consecrated and the Blessed ! Sacrament fdr the mass of the Presanc-' Presanc-' ' lined on Good Friday will be placed on one of the side altars. After the Tene- I brae on Holy Thursday there will be a : sermon appropriate to the occasion. On Good Friday mass of the Pre-sanctified Pre-sanctified will be at S a. m. Before the I mass there will be adoration of the I . Cross. In the evening after the Tene- !- brae the Way of the Cross will be gone over with a sermon on the Passion. On Holy Saturday the blessing of the ! Baptismal Fount and Paschal Candle will take place before mass (8 a. m.) There will be Pontifical High Mass on Easter Sunday at 11 a. m.
