rio grande to extend its it road it has been practically concluded that an extension from marysvale Marys vale to the grand canyon of colorado will begin this summer by the denver rio grande railroad company thia this will mean alean much to the northern part of utah it will open a world of industry as there are laire large lai re of yellow pine spruce and fir in the ka bab foret forest the road will also be within a short distance of enormous enor coal beat and when the road is extended across the colorado rier via leer ferry to the santo santa fu there will bs a supply of chop cheop coal for the line then too there will be much tourist traffic from idaho utah and montana to the grand canon
