for building perm permanent anent bridges and culverts over the f following lodini lo wini streams at reams to wit price pric river at spring glen river at price price river at Wei wellington lington and castle gate also on pleasant and fish creeks creek in pleasant valley soldier creek nine mile creek argyle creek miller creek and generally throughout said carbon cauntay fives thousand thou eard sard 00 dollars for purpose of improving the present roads in aid said carbon county the board of county commissioners of the county of carbon ordains as follows follow section 1 that there is an immediate and pressing necessity for funds with which to defray the present expense of bridges constructed and for building bu iding permanent bridges bridget and culverts over the fol following lowin streams 1 in eaid said carbon county count on price ce river at spring glen price wellington and slid cartle castle gate and on pleasant and fish creeks in pleasant valley en soldier creek nine mile alile creek argyle and miller creeks and generally throughout said carbon county to do which in the manner required calls for and requires an expenditure of twenty five thousand dollars Section 2 that there Is I 1 immediate and pressing necessary recess essAy ily for completing im broving and adding to the present roads of said carbin county for the purpose so of providing adequate means ox of trans porfi port tion rAtion for the inhabitants thereof and the general public and to that end to improve the county road from castle gate running through helper spring glen carbonville Car bonville price and wellington and thence on to sunnyside Sunny side to do which in the manner required culls calls for and requires an expenditure of five thou thousand and I 1 5 DOO dollars section 3 that there are not sufficient funds in the county treasury of said carbon county to defray said sold expense or any part thereof and that 1 I order to defray the expense of milling making the proposed improvements mer met in sections bec tiona I 1 and 2 of this resolution it is necesse necessary for said carbon county to incur a bonded indebtedness to raise funds in the following amounts to wit for do d fraying the present x nse of bridges constructed and for guilding ruil building ding permanent bridges and culverts over the the following streams in said carbon county to wit price river at spring glen price wellington and castle gate pleasant and fish creeks in plesant Plesa ant valley and soldier nine mile argyle and millers crea crek and gener generally aliv throughout said carbon county twenty five thousand dollars for completing improving and adding to the county roads from castle gate running through helper spring glen carbonville Car bonville price wellington and thence on to sunnyside Sunny side five thousand dollars do llara section 4 that in pursuance of and under the power and authority contained in section of the compiled laws of df 1907 of the state of utah it is hereby ordered that a special lection election be held in carbon county and the i various voting districts thereof in said carbon county state of utah on an the day of april A D 1910 for the purpose al to such qualified electors of said county as shall have paid a property tax I 1 i said carbon county in the year next preceding such election the question of incurring a bonded indebtedness in the sum 0 twenty fl five ve t thousand tousand t dollars for the purpose of defraying the expense of the bridges constructed and for building permanent bridges andrul and cul verts over the following thousand 00 dollars for the purpose ae of defraying efra ying the expense of completing improving and adding to the county roads from castle gate and running thence through alper spring glen carbonville Car bonville price pric e wellington and thence on to sunnyside Sunny side said bonds shall bear in interest t erest at the rate of not to exceed 6 per cent per annum which interest shall be payable semi annually and ad said bonds shall become due and payable at the expiration of twenty y mars from dat dati i of issue thereof with the option reserved tn in said county to pay or redeem the same at at y time after the expiration of ten years after date of of issue thereof and said bonds shall be of such denomination as the board of county commissioners of slid sad s ad carbon county hore h after determine ad the said board of county ca cummis amle shall annually levy it sufficient tax to pay interest on the said bonds for roads and bridges as it falls due also to constitute a county attorney and bounty dork clerk are hereby hersby required to make proclamation of raid said special election I 1 ky y publication and posting of a notice thereof in two weekly news to apers publish and circulated in said carbon county for five sive week prior to the date of said election section 6 this resolution shall take effect on ap proal approved and passed by the board of county
