notice to contractors sealed scaled bids will be received by tho the trustees tiu of spring glen school district carbon county state vf pf utah at the office of the clerk at spiking glen carbon county utah until I 1 adock 0 alock p in on september 7 1912 then and there to be opened for the complete construction of a school house at slid spring glen drawings and specifications may be obtained from said clerk all bids 1 must be accompanied by a certified check of 5 percent of the amount of the bid made payable to the above trustees conditioned that the successful bidder will within one week after the award is made enter into a 3 contract with said trustees and furnish a bond in a sum equal to one half the amount of the contract price that he will finish his work according to the plans and specifications the right is reserved to reject any and all bids TRUSTEES T R U S T E E S SPRING GLEN SCHOOL DISTRICT by philip phi lip dennis clerk first pub august 16 15 last sept 5 1912
