Show Legion Holds Successful Meeting Here POCATELLO MAN DISTRICT LEADER Over 150 Present For Banquet; Auxiliary Meets A successful convention of the Sixth district American Legion and the Auxiliary closed hero Tuesday e ening- at a banquet attended by over ifiO delegates. Mrs. I Van k'vai.s -ji Blackfoot was elected Sixth District Dis-trict president of the Auxiliary, and Mrs. Howard Johnson of Preston was elected district vice-president. Among the Legion officials present pres-ent was A. W. Shepherd of Mar's national state executive column v-1-man from Idaho, retiring district commander L. tl. Tapper of Ma-lad, Ma-lad, Harry W. Christy, Idaho Department De-partment Commander, K. A. Freyd of Torrington. Wyoming, national i vice commander of the Americv.i Legion, ninl William O. Hall et" Boise, slate director of veteran?' welfare. The aflernoon meetings following registration were business sessions.
