H of Parowan Parowan Parowan Paro Paro- wan who found It thoro thoroughly success success- ful This year eleven trench silos have been dug and filled with either whole or chopped corn The succulent nature of corn com silage and Its value as feed makes It excellent as a supplement to other crops of this section Most of the silage stored this year ear will be fed to dairy cattle and will aid materially In reducing the cost of production I Because of the abnormal feed crop croli this year these trench silos are declared ed very Important since from 30 to 50 per cent more feed value Is obtained obtain obtain- ed from corn when fed as good quality silage as compared with corn dried in the shock Farmers making the experiment are D.
