L Hoyt gave a 1 brief history of ol the Hoyt family In America Amerl tracing the genealogy of those present bac t to the Puritan ancestor John Hoyt who settled at Salisbury Mass In 1639 Redick N Allred gave ga a brief brier sketch of the life of ot his mother Lucy Hoyt Allred daughter of James Hoyt and anda a pioneer of Spring City Sanpete County Amanda Hoyt Glover Olover gave an outline of the life Ufe of her father Israel Hoyt one of the first settlers of ol Nephi and later a pioneer ponee of Kane County Mary Hoyt solo sole surviving child of Timothy S. S Hoyt gave a short sketch of the life Ure of her father who was also one of the first settlers of Nephi The session was enlivened with musical selections and community ity singing under the leadership of ol Mrs hirs Will L L.
