To Busy To Attend Our representative was entirely too busy Monday night to attend the meetIng meeting meeting meet meet- ing of the city fathers and Dixie Power Po officials held for the purpose of discussing reduction of power and light rates We were busily engaged that evening evening evening eve eve- ning working on the delinquent tax list a Job that had to be completed by today so missed the discussion of the rate question but have been informed that the Dixie Power POl made a tentative offer of reduction of 7 10 1 per cent And we also learned that the matter is still up for further investigation and when the matter is finally completed we Re will have a report for our readers
