Show Services For Mrs l Lambeth HO Last Sunday a large gathering of friends attended the services for Mrs 1111 Jane Lambeth who passed from this life Thursday of last week After the choir had rendered the opening song long prayer was offered by Elder Myron D. Leigh the bishop delivering the closing re- re mat malls mails Us Each speaker spoke of the excellent character of the deceased dwelling on her devoutness to the principals of the gospel her pry ary life and her devotion to her family fam fame ily Ity Wm Vm II Manning sang Face to Lo Face the choir following with th closing hymn mn Sometime Well We'll Un Un- I BIOGRAPHICAL I Jane Lambeth was born in Filling Filling- l ly r Warwickshire England December Decem ber her beri 4 i 1841 and was the daughter of Chas Chus and Mary Ann Newcombe She was married to Richard Lambeth in 1862 1802 in England With two children they came to Patterson New Jersey making their home there for four years They then came by train tran to toI I Salt Lake City Utah and from there thereby thereby thereby by wagon to Cedar City in 1870 whore where they made their permanent home 1 I She was nt t all times identified with the L. L D. D S church and did active i work in th that t organization for years I She leaves four children to mourn her departure her husband having preceded her in death several leveral years ayo Besides the four children mentioned men men- I 19 grand children and 18 great grand children |
