Show LOCAL POWER EMPLOYEES ATTEND RICHFIELD FETE I ! The demonstration convention held i at Richfield Saturday evening by the , Telluride Power company, according i to the group of employes attending j from Gunnison, proved one of the best and enjoyous events of the wdn- ter season. Manager Norman John-' John-' son, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Ellen Kearns ! and Mr. and Mrs. Alphus Pierce comprised com-prised the group attending tho func-; func-; tion from here. Managers and era-! era-! ployes from Panguitch, Beaver, Delta, j Milford, Salina and Richfield were also present, and some seventy-five j attended the banquet, lectures and dancing party. Primarily, the convention was held to stimulate the Thor washer sale, which the company is featuring during dur-ing March. Officials of the Thor were present and instructive sales talks were given. L. R. Fournier, general superintendent, and W. O. Guff, salesmanager, for the Telluride Power Pow-er company, supervised the convention conven-tion and it went over big. An elaborate elabor-ate banquet was served at 8:30, following fol-lowing which a business session was held. The festivities were concluded with a dancing party, and it was the "wee small hours" of the following morning when the convention ended. |
