Show Plans Complete For Vets' Encampment With details almost completed, Pay-son Pay-son stands ready to greet hundreds of visitors to the annual Black Hawk encampment and Onion Day celebration celebra-tion to be held in that city August 4-5-6-7. One of the most interesting and entertaining programs ever arranged ar-ranged for a celebration in Utah is now complete. Unveiling of pioneer markers, sons' and daughters' organizations; organ-izations; 8 p. m. Program, Memorial Memor-ial park, Payson; 9 p. m. Band con- cert, Memorial park, dances. Wednesday, August 5 9 a. m. Band concert; 1:00 p. m. Parade; 1:30 to 5 p. m. Recreational park, rodeo, chariot races, trick riding, horse races, ball games and other special features; 3 p. m. Program, Memorial park, by Manti; 7 p. m. Band concert; 8 p. m. Program, Memorial park, by Spanish Fork,' dances. Thursday, August 6th, Homecoming Homecom-ing day 9 a, m. Band concert; 10 a. m.
