Show CANYON CROSSCUTS A. W. Larsen, Supt of the Midwest Development Co. reported the snow 3D tout deep on their camp at the Sierra Sier-ra mine. This waa ia part a'snow-slldo a'snow-slldo and partly drifting by the high winds, which have prevailed for some weeks In the canyon. Other mine rep6rt considerable snow, but the amount Is not thought to be more than normal. The road Is open to tho Dutchman, although there are somo 20 slides which It passea over. It is said to be 7 ft feet deep at the Pacific und six feet at the Dutchman. Mr. Larsen brings the cheerful news of an ore development which may mean much to the Midwest com-pony. com-pony.
