At Honey ville, on Wudnestlay evening, April 12, a crowd of the people gathered at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ilnnsiiker. From tlu re they inarched to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Hunsaker and gave them a surprise. sur-prise. After the recovery of their surprise, the evening was spent in games, etc. The picnic was excellent. excel-lent. One of the moft comical events of the evening was in the game known as introduction to the kin; and queen, wherein it is intended in-tended that the visitor is to be doused with water. The king and queen stand on chairs ready to receive re-ceive their visitors. The visitors enter and are introduced to the king and queen. (The king and queen have previously placed on their heads hats containing water.) When they bow in response re-sponse to the introduction it is intended that the water is to be spilled on the visitors. But it happened hap-pened to be the contrary in this case. In the king'3 anxiety todouse the vifeitor, who happened to be your correspondent, lie held his head in such a manner as to cause the water in the hat .o fall down his own back, to the great amusement and hilarity of the spectators. Among those present pres-ent at the party were Mr. and Mis.
