Show GUNNISON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL NOTES Alice Fredrickson, Reporter Ball Game and Dance. The first league ball game will be played Friday night, with Gunnison going to Moroni. A dance will be held at Gunnison following the game. Piesents Given. One of the most amusing episodes of the Christmas program was the drawing of the presents. Each student stu-dent brought an inexpensive present to school, and these were all put in a bag and Santa Claus presented one to each student. Girls Win Contest. The boys of the high school allowed the girls to win the matinee dance contest. The contest was to see whether whe-ther the boys or girls could put over the most successful dances. The losers were to treat the winners at Christmas Christ-mas time. In a meeting held, Neldon Jensen, Leon Embley, Royden Pickett, LaMar Larson and Jay Roper were appointed to collect the funds and a penalty made for delinquent boys. The girls enjoyed a treat of candy and peanuts. Contest Winners Announced.
