Show WOOLLEY HAS GOOD RECORD. ! ! Judge Dilworth Woolley, republi-; can candidate for district judge of the Seventh Judicial district, is meeting with strong favor in the campaign which he is conducting. The voters of the district in which Judge Woolley has served so faithfully faith-fully during the past four years can bo extremely proud of the record he 1 has made at his work on the judicial bench, and he i.s grateful for the con-fiedence con-fiedence which has been shown him while serving as judge. Not only, has Judge Woolley served exceedingly exceeding-ly well while on the district bench, but through his careful decisions he has won high honors and has had the unique distinction of serving twice on the supreme bench, in the absence of members of that tribunal, sitting the last time all of last week. Judge Woolley is a true native of Utah. He was born December 22, 1-180, being nearly -11 years of a;.;e. l is parents were pioneers of Utah.1 Jiulge Woolley was educated in the common . schools. He spent four years at the fi. Y. U. at Provo, latter t iking a three-years course in law ai the University of Michigan. He be-;an be-;an his practice at Richfield in I'JOG ' and removed to Manti in 1907, where he has been engaged exclusively in the law profession ever since, excepting except-ing the last four years, where he nerved as judge on the district court bench. He was highly successful as a lawyer, and since being elected judge four years ago his decisions have been fair and impartial and rarely has a case been reversed in the higher tribunal. He is mindful (I' the sentiment of the people that the law shall be obeyed as it is writ-' ten with respect to this as well as other matters and the testimony of the many lawyers of the state and the court records bespeak for Judge Woolley the highest praises and ai vote for him next Tuesday will be a vote for a man of high intregity and one. worthy of the place he seeks.
