Show -I " I CENTERFIELD I NEWS ITEMS Tho Christmas holiday season, beginning be-ginning Sunday, is being appropriately appropriat-ely observed with good cheer and thanksgiving by old ami young in Centerfield. Monday's program at the ward meeting house proved one of tho features of tho week. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis LcRoy and son, of Idaho, aro spending the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. S. 1 Jensen, parents par-ents of Mrs. LeRoy. Among tho many elaborate dinners served here during tho yuletido season sea-son was that given by Mrs. C. H. F.mbley, when sho entertained and served dinner to her children. Tho guests were Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson An-derson of Sterling; James Willard-son Willard-son and family of F.phraim; Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Iiarton and son, Kent, of Ogden; Mrs. Weston Funk of Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Fmbley ol Centerfield. John Christiansen, who lias been working at Dividend, camo last Saturday, Sat-urday, and is spending tho holidays ,vith his family. Miss Lavora Deck arrived home from Jacksonville, Horida, Christmas eve, and just in time to spend Christmas Christ-mas with her parents. Miss Deck has been absent two years in the mission field and Sunday evening she gave a brief talk on her experiences. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Watts motored motor-ed to Fphraim Tuesday. They will spend the week-end with relatives there. |
