Show TEMPTING OFFERS Dozens of little and big printing offies in the larger citie of this country seem to have just awakened to the fact that nothing makes a more appreciated gift, nor a more serviceable one than a gift of letterheads and envelopes with the name and address of a relative or friend printed upon them. So mail-order papers are carrying dozens of announcements of these "cheap printing" concerns, and they are using the mail to flood the country with circulars. We've known for years that letterheads and envelopes neatly printed with the name of the person you desire to remember at Christmas time pleases them, and in comparison with other gifts costs but little. But we haven't been, able to make some people believe it. Now that the mail-order houses are advertising the idea, maybe you'll agree with us. And whe you do bear in mind the all-important fact that just as good often better printing and paper can be had right here in your home town. And the printers you might be tempted to send your order to don't correct mistakes even if they are the ones that make them. |
